Who can take part
- You must have prostate cancer that has spread to a small number of nearby lymph nodes (5 or fewer).
- You must be in good overall health (ECOG performance status 0-2).
- You must not have had radiation therapy to the pelvis or surgery to remove the prostate.
- Your cancer must not have spread to bones or other distant organs.
- You must be able to undergo an MRI (no metal implants, pacemaker, or severe claustrophobia).
- You must not have severe medical conditions or urinary symptoms that would make treatment unsafe.
