Who can take part
- Diagnosed with stage I, II, or III invasive breast cancer between 2000 and 2025
- Were age 40 or younger when diagnosed with breast cancer
- Have a genetic mutation in one of these genes: TP53, PALB2, PTEN, CDH1, STK11, CHEK2, ATM, BARD1, RAD51C, or RAD51D
- Do not have a BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation
- Have not been diagnosed with stage IV (advanced) breast cancer at initial diagnosis
