  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • Your colorectal cancer is locally advanced or has spread, and cannot be surgically removed at this time
  • You have not had any prior chemotherapy or other systemic treatment for your colorectal cancer
  • Your tumor is pMMR (or MSS/MSI-L) – a type that does not have high microsatellite instability
  • You are in fairly good health, able to do light activities, and have normal organ function
