Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18 or older
- You have moderate to severe urinary symptoms (difficulty urinating, frequency, urgency) with an IPSS symptom score of 8 or higher
- You are scheduled to undergo HoLEP (a laser procedure to remove excess prostate tissue)
- You have never had surgery on your prostate or urethra (the tube that carries urine)
- You are willing to provide informed consent and stay in contact for follow-up visits
