Who can take part

  • You are referred to North Zealand Hospital (Hillerød or Frederikssund location) for group-based rehabilitation
  • Your doctor has created a rehabilitation plan for you
  • Your condition is myocardial ischemia (reduced blood flow to the heart), heart failure, or COPD (chronic lung disease)
  • You are willing to give written permission to participate
  • You are able to attend outpatient (non-hospital stay) sessions
