Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with chronic heart failure and your condition is stable with current medications.
- Your heart's pumping ability (ejection fraction) is above 30%.
- You are able to safely do leg exercises, which will be checked with a short walking test (six-minute walk test).
- You are not currently in an acute heart failure crisis or scheduled for urgent medical treatment.
- You are not already participating in another cardiac rehabilitation program.
- You do not have severe heart failure (NYHA class IV), serious heart rhythm problems, or other major lung diseases that limit exercise.
