- You have large B-cell lymphoma (a type of blood cancer) that has been treated at least once before
- Your doctor believes you are a candidate for commercial CAR-T cell therapy

- You have not received other experimental drugs in the past 4 weeks
- You have not had anti-CD19 CAR-T therapy in the past 12 months
