Who can take part
- You must have either diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that hasn't responded to treatment or came back, or multiple myeloma that came back after at least one prior treatment.
- You need to be at least 18 years old and in fairly good health, able to do most of your daily activities.
- Your kidneys, liver, and heart must be working well enough, and your blood cell counts need to be above certain levels.
- You cannot have had total body radiation or CAR T-cell therapy before.
- You cannot have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B or C, or other uncontrolled infections.
- You cannot be pregnant.
