CAR-T Cell Study for Advanced HER2-Positive Cancers

Who can take part

  • You must have advanced or metastatic cancer (spread to other parts of your body) that is resistant to standard treatments, such as breast, gastric, endometrial, or certain other solid tumors.
  • Your cancer must test positive for HER2 protein expression (a specific score on a lab test).
  • You must be in good overall health with adequate organ function (liver, kidney, heart, lungs, blood counts) as confirmed by blood tests and heart/lung function tests.
  • You cannot have active infections (including HIV, hepatitis B/C, TB, or others), untreated brain metastases, or certain other cancers in the past 3 years.
  • You must stop most anti-cancer treatments at least 4 weeks before starting the study therapy.
  • If you can have children, you must use highly effective birth control during the study and for 12 months after the cell infusion.
