  • You are between 18 and 25 years old
  • Your vision is normal or correctable with glasses or contacts
  • You have no current or past injuries, surgery, or disorders affecting your legs, spine, or balance
  • You have no neurological conditions (like nerve or brain disorders affecting movement)
  • You have no ear infections or inner-ear balance problems
  • You can attend all scheduled sessions and follow the study protocol without missing appointments
