Who can take part

  • Confirmed diagnosis of malignant mesothelioma that has progressed despite at least one prior cancer treatment
  • Your tumor must have MTAP deficiency (a specific genetic feature) confirmed by a specialized blood or tissue test
  • Good overall health and functional status (able to do light activity; ECOG score 0–1)
  • Adequate blood counts, liver and kidney function to safely tolerate the study drug
  • No active brain cancer, active infection, or uncontrolled heart disease
  • Willing and able to take an oral medication and provide blood samples; women and men must use contraception for 6 months after treatment ends
