  • You are between 16 and 25 years old
  • You are currently on a waiting list for mental healthcare services
  • You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer with private access at home
  • You score 10 or higher on the CORE-10 mental health screening questionnaire
  • You can name an emergency contact person (like a family member) for safety purposes
  • You are fluent in Dutch and able to read and use the platform in Dutch
