Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatment or you cannot tolerate it.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor (by imaging) and be able to take oral medications.
- Your overall health should be good, with an ECOG score of 0 or 1, and life expectancy at least 3 months.
- No prior treatment with FAK inhibitors, no brain metastases (unless stable for 3 months), and no other cancers within the last 5 years (except cured skin or cervical cancer).
- No uncontrolled heart problems, active infections, or certain liver conditions.
- Must agree to use effective contraception during and for 120 days after treatment.
