Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 70 years old.
  • Your cancer must be advanced and not responding to standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate those treatments.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be surgically biopsied or removed and has not been treated with radiation.
  • You must have at least one other measurable tumor to track response.
  • Your overall health must be good (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you are fully active or only limited in strenuous activity).
  • Your vital organs (like heart, lungs, liver, kidneys) must be working well enough.
