Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with stage 1 or 2 high blood pressure (not severe)
  • You have been taking blood pressure medication regularly for at least 6 months
  • Your blood pressure medication doses have stayed the same for the past 3 months
  • You do not have diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, cancer, or autoimmune/infectious diseases
  • You are not pregnant and not currently taking antibiotics or antioxidant vitamin supplements
  • You have not been regularly using propolis or royal jelly before
