Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with stage 1 or 2 high blood pressure (not severe)
- You have been taking blood pressure medication regularly for at least 6 months
- Your blood pressure medication doses have stayed the same for the past 3 months
- You do not have diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, cancer, or autoimmune/infectious diseases
- You are not pregnant and not currently taking antibiotics or antioxidant vitamin supplements
- You have not been regularly using propolis or royal jelly before
