- Age 18–75 years old
- Confirmed T-cell lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding after at least one previous treatment
- Not eligible for or refusing stem-cell transplant
- At least one measurable lymph node or tumor on scans
- Healthy enough to tolerate treatment (good heart, kidney, liver, and blood cell counts)
- No active infections, HIV, hepatitis B or C, or other active cancer
