  • Age 18–75 with a confirmed cancer diagnosis
  • Received at least one immune checkpoint inhibitor drug (common cancer immunotherapy)
  • Developed serious lung inflammation (Grade 3–4) from that drug
  • Took steroids for at least 4 weeks and now take low or no steroids
  • Recent lung imaging shows ongoing inflammation in both lungs that hasn't improved in the last month
  • Good overall health (ECOG score 0–1) and stable cancer for at least 6 months
