  • You are a woman age 65 or older
  • You have subclinical hypothyroidism (an underactive thyroid that shows in blood tests but may have mild or no symptoms)
  • You have open-angle glaucoma (a type of eye disease with high pressure) in both eyes
  • You have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (fat buildup in your liver not caused by alcohol)
  • You do not have active heart, lung, or kidney disease
  • You are able to participate in a physical activity program
