  • You are between 40 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease linked to metabolism (MAFLD).
  • You are overweight or obese (BMI 24 or higher).
  • You do not drink more than a moderate amount of alcohol (no heavy drinking in the past 6 months).
  • You do not have serious heart, kidney, or other health issues that make exercise unsafe.
