Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a concussion or inner ear problem in the last 30 days
  • You are between 18 and 60 years old
  • You have dizziness or balance problems
  • You can see well enough to read a tablet from about 3 feet away (with glasses if needed)
  • You can turn your neck at least 40 degrees with mild pain (6 or less on a 0–10 scale)
  • You have internet access at home and can read English
