Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your concussion happened 4 weeks to 12 months ago and you still have symptoms
  • You have insomnia (trouble falling or staying asleep) that has lasted at least 1 month
  • You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer and can download an app
  • You are comfortable communicating in English
  • You have not done a sleep-retraining program (CBT-I) in the past 6 months
