  • Normal fasting blood sugar (below 6.1 mmol/L, meaning no diabetes or prediabetes)
  • Healthy weight range (BMI 18.5–30 kg/m²)
  • Stable weight for the past 3 months (no gain or loss of more than 5%)
  • Not pregnant, nursing, or on a ketogenic diet
  • No digestive disorders, galactose/fructose metabolism problems, or food allergies/intolerances
