Who can take part

  • You are between 21 and 60 years old.
  • Your hemoglobin A1c (a blood sugar measure) is between 5.7% and 6.4%.
  • You eat less than 2 servings of whole grains a day, and more than 10% of your daily calories come from added sugar.
  • You are not a smoker.
  • You do not have grain, dairy, or food allergies, or celiac disease.
  • You are not planning to change your weight or activity level during the study.
