  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis (damaged airways not caused by CF) confirmed by a CT scan
  • You can visit Assiut University Hospitals for clinic visits or are already a patient there
  • You are willing and able to complete tests (breathing tests, blood work, imaging) over 12 months
  • You do not have cystic fibrosis, active tuberculosis, or a serious illness that would prevent you from completing the study
