  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis (damaged airways not caused by cystic fibrosis) confirmed by a chest CT scan
  • You receive care at Assiast University Hospitals in Egypt
  • You can complete baseline tests including breathing tests, blood work, and imaging scans
  • You are willing and able to return for follow-up visits over the study period as planned
  • You can provide written consent to participate
