- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis (damaged airways not caused by cystic fibrosis) confirmed by a chest CT scan
- You receive care at Assiast University Hospitals in Egypt
- You can complete baseline tests including breathing tests, blood work, and imaging scans
- You are willing and able to return for follow-up visits over the study period as planned
- You can provide written consent to participate
