Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and can sign consent and follow study instructions
  • You have advanced cancer (solid tumor) that is unresectable, metastatic, or has failed standard treatment
  • You are in good overall health with expected survival of at least 6 months and minimal daily activity limitations (ECOG score 0–1)
  • You have at least one measurable tumor on imaging and adequate blood, liver, and kidney function based on recent blood tests
  • You have not received chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy within the past 2 weeks (4 weeks for certain drugs) and have recovered from prior treatment side effects
  • You do not have active autoimmune disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, active infection, HIV, hepatitis, or symptomatic brain tumors
