Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your cancer must be confirmed as HER-2 positive or low HER-2 and has spread or come back after standard treatments.
  • You must be able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your blood counts and organ function (heart, liver, kidneys) must be within acceptable ranges.
  • You must not be pregnant and must use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
