Who can take part
- Have a cervical spinal cord injury (C2–C6 level) that happened at least 12 months ago, with weakness in both arms and legs
- Be between 18 and 65 years old
- Have a healthy brain structure with no major damage, tumors, or previous brain surgery complications
- Be able to follow study instructions and attend all visits, either on your own or with a caregiver's help
- Have normal or near-normal thinking ability (score of 20+ on a standard memory test)
- Not have certain medical implants (like pacemakers) or conditions that would make brain surgery unsafe
