Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have paralysis from a spinal cord injury, brainstem stroke, ALS, a similar motor neuron disease, or you have lost both arms above the elbow.
  • Your condition has been stable for at least 1 year (no big changes in the last 6 months).
  • You do not have any metal implants in your brain or body (except normal dental work).
  • You are not on blood thinners you can't pause, and you are healthy enough for surgery.
