New Treatment Combo for Chronic Myeloid Leukemia and Related Acute Leukemia

Who can take part

  • Age 18–70 years old
  • Have newly diagnosed or relapsed/refractory chronic myeloid leukemia or acute myeloid leukemia with the Philadelphia chromosome
  • Adequate function of liver, kidneys, heart, and pancreas (based on blood tests and heart imaging)
  • Have not previously failed asciminib treatment or the combination of intensive chemotherapy plus venetoclax
  • No severe heart problems, recent heart attack, stroke, serious irregular heartbeats, or uncontrolled infections
  • Willing and able to use reliable birth control (if able to become pregnant or father children) and commit to study visits
