Who can take part
- You are an adult needing reverse total shoulder replacement surgery (either a first-time surgery or to repair a shoulder fracture)
- Your shoulder damage is due to rotator cuff tear, osteoarthritis with an irreparable rotator cuff tear, or post-traumatic arthritis
- You have never had coracoid bone surgery or a coracoid fracture before
- You do not have an active shoulder infection, inflammatory arthritis, shoulder tumor, or neuromuscular disorder affecting your shoulder
- You are able to complete follow-up visits and assessments after surgery
- You are enrolled in a social security or health insurance program
