Who can take part
- You were diagnosed with colorectal cancer that came back within 1 year after surgery (stage IV with cancer spread)
- You completed standard post-surgery chemotherapy (XELOX or FOLFOX regimen)
- Your tumor tissue has been tested and shows pMMR, MSS, or MSI-L status (not MSI-H)
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on imaging scans
- Your overall health is good enough for treatment (ECOG performance 0–1)
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and thyroid function are adequate
