Who can take part

  • You have newly diagnosed AML (blood cancer) that has not been treated yet
  • Your leukemia has a KMT2A genetic change, confirmed by your doctor's testing
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You do not have leukemia cells in your brain or spinal fluid (unless previously treated and now in remission)
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and willing to use birth control if needed
  • You can follow study procedures and visits as required
