Who can take part

  • Your leukemia has a specific genetic change (like KMT2A or NPM1).
  • Your leukemia is either not responding to treatment or has come back.
  • You are between 1 and 30 years old.
  • Your kidneys, liver, and heart are working well.
  • You do not have an uncontrolled infection.
  • You must be taking certain antifungal medication (posaconazole or voriconazole) before starting treatment.
