Who can take part
- You are over 40 years old
- You have hip impingement (abnormal bone shape in the hip socket or ball) confirmed by imaging
- You have tried at least 3 months of conservative treatment (physical therapy, anti-inflammatory medications) without adequate relief
- You do not have moderate to severe arthritis in the affected hip
- You have not had previous surgery on this hip
- You are willing and able to follow up for 2 years after surgery
