Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old
  • Your hip X-ray shows no severe arthritis or bone damage
  • An MRI suggests you have a torn labrum (cartilage ring in your hip)
  • You are able to follow a rehab program and come for follow-up visits
  • You have no serious illnesses like cancer, inflammatory arthritis, HIV, hepatitis, or uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid problems
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
  • You have not had a hip injection in the last 6 months or hip surgery in the last year
