This trial tests an online treatment program called Restory that helps people cope with the emotional effects of sexual violence. You will use it from home, and it may help reduce your trauma-related distress.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- At least one month has passed since the sexual violence you experienced.
- You are experiencing significant trauma symptoms (scoring at least 30 on a commonly used symptom checklist).
- You are either not taking psychiatric medication, or your dose has been stable for at least 4 weeks.
- You can read and write in Swedish well enough to follow the program.
- You are not currently in another structured trauma therapy, and you are not taking benzodiazepine medication (like Xanax or Valium).
- You are not in immediate danger from the person who harmed you, and you are not in a psychiatric crisis.
