  • You have experienced sexual trauma
  • You have sexual problems related to that trauma
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You can speak and understand Norwegian well enough for group discussions
  • You are not currently in a dangerous or abusive relationship
  • You do not have severe mental health issues that would make group therapy unsafe
