Who can take part
- Your cancer must be locally advanced or metastatic (spread to other parts of body) with no standard therapy option
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging scans
- You must be in good enough overall health to handle the study drug (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
- Your blood, liver, and kidney function must be adequate
- You cannot have had a recent ADC drug (a type of targeted cancer drug) with a topoisomerase 1-inhibitor as your last treatment
- You cannot have brain metastases (cancer spread to the brain) or unstable brain involvement
