Testing NEOK001 drug for advanced solid tumors

Locally Advanced (Unresectable) or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Who can take part

  • Cancer has spread locally or to distant sites, and standard treatments are not available for your cancer type
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging scans
  • You are in good enough health to tolerate the study drug (ECOG score of 0 or 1)
  • Your blood, liver, and kidney function are adequate based on recent lab work
  • You have archived tumor tissue available from a recent biopsy (preferred but may not be absolute)
