Who can take part

  • You have a diffuse glioma (a type of brain tumor, grades 2–4)
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You can have brain MRI scans (a detailed imaging test) without metal implants or other contraindications
  • You do not have cancer that has spread to your brain from elsewhere in your body
  • You have had a baseline brain scan and cognitive (thinking/memory) assessment before starting treatment
  • You are well enough to participate in testing (KPS score of 60 or higher, or study team confirms you can participate)
