Who can take part
- You are pregnant or had a baby within the last 3 years
- You have symptoms of postpartum depression (based on a screening score)
- You are not actively thinking about ending your life right now
- You do not currently have untreated psychosis or bipolar mania
- You do not have a current problem with drugs or alcohol
- You do not have serious health problems like cancer that would prevent participation
