Who can take part
- You have advanced (recurrent or metastatic) breast cancer that is HER2-positive
- You have received no more than one prior treatment regimen for advanced cancer
- You are in good overall health (ECOG performance status 0–1)
- Your heart, liver, and kidney function are adequate based on recent blood tests and heart imaging
- You have not had major surgery or significant trauma in the past 4 weeks
- You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and willing to use effective contraception if able to conceive
