New drug combination for advanced HER2-positive breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You have advanced (recurrent or metastatic) breast cancer that is HER2-positive
  • You have received no more than one prior treatment regimen for advanced cancer
  • You are in good overall health (ECOG performance status 0–1)
  • Your heart, liver, and kidney function are adequate based on recent blood tests and heart imaging
  • You have not had major surgery or significant trauma in the past 4 weeks
  • You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and willing to use effective contraception if able to conceive
