Who can take part
- You have advanced or recurrent breast cancer that is both ER-positive and HER2-positive
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan outside of the brain
- You have had no more than one prior treatment with trastuzumab for advanced breast cancer
- You have not been treated with any CDK4/6 inhibitor before
- You are a woman age 18 to 75, and if premenopausal you must be willing to take medication to suppress ovarian function
- You do not have untreated brain metastases or active other cancer
