  • You are a young person experiencing anxiety, depression, or stress
  • Your depression symptoms are mild to moderate (not severe)
  • You do not have psychosis (a condition involving hallucinations or delusions)
  • You are willing to attend group therapy sessions
  • You are able to participate in a Norwegian-language program
