Who can take part
- Age 10–18 years old
- Diagnosed with Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF, a genetic fever condition) or Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA, childhood arthritis) at least 6 months ago by a pediatric rheumatologist
- Able to walk without help and understand and follow instructions
- You and your parents/guardians willing to participate and sign consent forms
- No serious mental health problems that would prevent you from understanding questions
- No recent hospitalization for heart or lung problems, and no disease flare-up in the past 4 weeks
