Bone Health With 3D-Printed Versus Traditional Teeth Aligners

Who can take part

  • Mild crowding of your front teeth (spacing issues between 2–4 millimeters)
  • Need for your upper front teeth to tip forward and move outward slightly, with no need to file down tooth surfaces between them
  • No use of anti-inflammatory medications (like ibuprofen) or antibiotics in the past 6 months
  • Healthy gums with minimal pocket depth (less than 3 millimeters) and low inflammation
  • No visible bone loss on recent dental X-rays
  • Never been a regular smoker
