Who can take part

  • Age 18–60 years old
  • Stable coronary artery disease (heart disease confirmed by heart imaging or testing)
  • Heart pumping strength at least 45% (measured by echocardiogram)
  • Able to do light daily activities without chest pain or shortness of breath
  • Approved by your cardiologist to exercise safely
  • Not currently doing structured exercise programs before starting the trial
