  • You are 18–75 years old and able to give informed consent
  • You have advanced solid tumor cancer confirmed by biopsy or tissue sample
  • You have at least one tumor lesion that can be measured on imaging scans
  • You are well enough to do light activities (ECOG score 0–1) with life expectancy of at least 12 weeks
  • Your organ function (kidney, liver, heart, blood counts) meets specific safety thresholds
