Who can take part
- Age 70 or older
- Diagnosed with lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, mesothelioma, multiple myeloma, or lymphoma
- Eligible to start first-line cancer treatment (initial chemotherapy or systemic therapy)
- Able to perform daily activities with minimal to moderate limitations (ECOG performance status 0–3)
- No brain tumors or symptomatic bone lesions (for solid tumor patients)
- No serious heart disease (NYHA class III or IV) and no pacemakers or implantable defibrillators
